The adjoining room was a pleasant surprise, offering a nice, quiet ambiance that allowed for great relaxation after a busy day. The staff was responsive when I encountered an electric shock from the light switch, promptly addressing the issue and ensuring my comfort.
While it worked fine most of the stay, there were occasional dropouts that disrupted my online activities.

Daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and I benefited from signing up for Mantra +, which provided me with some wi-fi. I found the breakfast deal to be good value and enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchenette. The secure hotel and close tram station made getting around really easy.
Some staff were not very knowledgeable. 🤷♀️.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from the Entrance Town Centre. There was a market and convenience stores right next door. I was upgraded to a high-standard apartment with a balcony.

Location
Reception staff attitude was poor. We had to start the conversation to invite offer of service. Be careful about transactions. We were given $50 less change on settling the one-day hotel bill by cash (hope it was careless mistake). Our friends checking in at the same time had worse luck. Given a first room with a faulty faucet (making him all wet), then given a second room designed for the disabled (uneven floor levels I.E. rising and falling to suit wheelchairs but dangerous for people used to flat ground). They had to threaten to file a complaint before given a third room.
